How cool would it be if you are shopping for houses and you are driving in your neighbourhood of choice. You can open an App, point it at the houses and see what they sold for and what the current asking price is. This app gives you instant information instead of having to phone the agent or do a long winded search to try identify the property on a property website. It also prevents you from being contacted constantly by the estate agent.
The app will use augmented reality and a combination of API’s along with image recognition and location services.
This should be the next step for the big property groups like Pam Golding, Seeff and Remax.
